This workshop will teach you how to make small dishes and tiles. Meets 4 times on Thursdays, 6-9pm, every week. We will cover glass cutting, compatibility of glasses, and firing processes. We will learn to use inclusions, learn tack fusing, full fusing and slumping of glass. This workshop will teach you how to make small dishes and tiles. Meets 4 times on Thursdays, 6-9pm, every week. We will cover glass cutting, compatibility of glasses, and firing processes. We will learn to use inclusions, learn tack fusing, full fusing and slumping of glass. Students will use glass tools & basic materials supplied by the instructor for this workshop. *The glass is not included in the class fee. Glass must be purchased from the instructor for $40.00 -$100.00* or more depending on the size of each project you choose to make. PAA-Weaving Without a Loom w/Carol Adams (Thurs, 7-9:30 pm) This workshop will equip students at any level with many aspects of fiber art without the need of a floor loom. details
Learn coiling, twining, macrame, braiding, card weaving, frame loom weaving, artistic crochet, artistic knitting, sprang, etc. Registration Form Meets every Thursday - select any 6 weeks. These processes will teach dexterity, pattern, repetition, color, texture, shape, design, and the digital aspects of crossing one thread with one thread.
